How to place an order: Best is to subscribe directly online, registering yourself is easy. Alternatively you can call during comercial hours or send emails.
Order procedure: After you placed an order online you receive a confirmation email immediately. If you place an order by skype or email you will receive a confirmation email the same or next business day. With the confirmation you receive a unique order code, so we can check the status of your order at any time.
Shipping information: When we receive your order, we ship it the same or the next business day. Within Europe, orders that are placed before 12:00 (GMT+2) are shipped the same day with Traceable package - Certified Postal Service - and it will take between 3-7 working days.
Shipping costs: The exact shipping costs will be calculated when you place an order. Free delivery for orders above 150 €. Shipping cost for seeds orders are 5 EUR worldwide certificated and we offer with this 1 automatic feminised seed AUTO JACK HERER or similar (depending on availability of stock: Auto Super Skunk, Auto Bubblegum or Auto Early Skunk) or just Feminized seeds

The best way to pay is with the BITCOIN, as there is no comission on BTC it means we save money (and you too!!!) and we pass it upon you: for every order paid with bitcoins we will offer 3 feminized seeds!!! For the rest, when you place the order, you will have the usually payment options: pay by Credit Card (Majors ones: VISA/MASTERCARD), by Bank Transfer, or by Cash,
but we do NOT accept anymore these payment methods (too costy - for you as for us): Western Union, MoneyGram, Paypal. Instead try the Bitcoin Revolution: from now on we also accept BITCOIN as a payment option, and receive your cannabis seeds fresh from the lastest harvest!
For Paypal payment: Sorry for Paypal payment, at the moment Paypal has blocked our account and prevents us from selling seeds (they say it is again their policy. Please visit this site for further information: PAYPAL). We will only accept to send to a verified PAYPAL address for the delivery and NOT to any other different name than the one indicated in the PAYPAL account. Thank you for your understanding!
A better option to Paypal is the BITCOIN payment: you can buy now your cannabis seeds anonymously with Bitcoin. During Checkout choose the payment method “Pay with BITCOINS”, You will then see the BiDi, scan it with your mobile or your bitcoin app and confirm your payment! That's it! The whole process takes less then 1 minute (once you have your bitcoins you can pay and it is confirmed within seconds!!!)
For larger orders we prefer a money transfer.
Payment by credit card is made in mode SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce). Major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard) and in your bank statement only very discrete name of "Quick Pay" or "PAYTPV ON LINE" appears.
Discrete packing and labeling: All packages are discretely packed, with only your address and a return address on the outside of the package.
Full Insurance: All packages have a full insurance. If the products do not arrive at your address for whatever reason we either send the package again or refund the payment.
This insurance only applies to countries in the European Union.
Customers are required to know the laws of their country. Should you order something that is not allowed to be shipped to your country and it is seized by customs, you will not receive a refund. We urges all potential customers to check their national laws before purchasing any items from this site.
Devolution and return of goods
ATTENTION: We are unable to exchange or refund WITHOUT the return of the goods in our premises. So please keep your non-germinated seed(s) and package(s) of origin, in order to return them to us. If you received a product in poor condition, our priority is to ensure the fastest and effective possible return. You can inform us by phone, skype or email.
The shipping of any returns will be in charge of the client.
Our team guarantees optimal conservation of our seeds in our premises, and the care taken in the preparation of your orders.
